Testious is a web application built to test multiple cccam and newcam lines at once.
Insert the lines in the textarea, click the process button and wait for the results. Testious will then connect to each line and report its status to you.
Alternatively, you can use the second input box to get the shares available for a single c-line.
Testious accepts c-lines and n-lines in cccam format:
C: <hostname> <port> <username> <password>
e.g. C: yourhost.dyndns.org 12000 user pass
N: <hostname> <port> <username> <password> <deskey>
e.g. N: yourhost.dyndns.org 1234 user pass 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
The tested lines are printed according to the following color codes:
Good lines but already in use by someone else. Works only with CCcam v2.1.0 and greater.
Wrong credentials. Bad username/password.
Dead host or too slow. Host not responding in the allowed time or syntax error.
Additionally, testious will append the cccam version or the available share at the end of the line.

Could anybody be so kind as to explain how I get N lines to work or direct me to a proper online manual? I have googled but I have no idea what I have to put in newcamd.list and mg_cfg and why.

I just wonder if the connection is more stable when I get rid of cccam and use mgcamd instead. I havent had a freeze using the n line, but I have only been watching a few minutes.

Some receivers are easier than other, receivers that has CFG file all you need to do is ad the Nline to that CFG file and save it, receivers that don’t take CFG file a bit more tricky you need to go through the settings and find where the Nline will go than use remote control to enter the Nline, it’ll be easier to help if you can tell us the make/ model of your receiver.

I have vu plus solo2 with openpli 4 image. I have cccam and mgcamd plugins installed. Editting cccam.cfg isn’t a problem, but because c lines in cccam freeze so often, I wanted to try mgcamd. I read that is much more stable.
I am gonna try n line in cccam.cfg first, but I still want to be able to use mgcamd client.

You can copy you Nline to the same config as cline but you still need to install the newcamd plugins
